Feeling a bit overwhelmed?

Looking for a safe space to talk?  Finding working and studying is becoming overwhelming?  We have a student wellbeing coordinator at Rowe Training who you can feel comfortable with having a private chat. She can also give you some guidance to find the most-appropriate resources, which could include:

  • information and fact sheets on topics that can be tricky to talk about
  • online courses to manage challenges such as anxiety or depression
  • tips to improve or manage relationships.
  • tips with online study if feeling disconnected from other students or staying motivated.
